Now Im going to share you the application for using SSH easier without using manual applications likes Bitvise and Proxifier. the file is Extrem-Plink SSH from Mr. yono (indonesian) his application is used for good people in using SSH automatically. here the picture :

You can install it first and you will know these bellow :
Host is to fill your IP address your SSH
Port is Number port form your SSH. that is dropbear (443), openSSH (22).
User is your username form your SSH
Pass is your password from your SSH
Proxy Setting is your proxy number SSH that is you use.
Port is Port of proxy setting that is you use.
Enable Proxy is you can klick checklist " enable your proxy ". if you use internet home, I recommend it to remove the checklict. so you can run your SSH fast.
Start is to run your SSH
Stop is to stop your SSH running
Save is to save your data SSH on Extrem-Plink. so if you want to open or run your SSH, you just klick run directly.
Route Del is to remove your proxy server internet.
Route Add is to connect or lock your proxy server internet.
